At Redeemer children’s home we provide a safe place for orphans to call their “temporary home.” We provide immediate relief and rehabilitation, followed by social work efforts toward reunification with family members. Our trained staff is carefully and prayerfully selected. At RH, we believe our calling is to care for the orphan. We uphold our core values of humility, integrity, faith, service, and empowerment. It is our greatest joy to have the opportunity to hire Ugandan staff, who are able to raise up our children with the beautiful culture of their own country.

Meet Ryan. Ryan came to us incredibly ill. He needed immediate relief and hospitalization. Redeemer House was able to provide this medical attention and rehabilitate Ryan after intense therapy. Our social worker and intern built a relationship with Ryan’s biological father. After months of visits to his village we were able to provide reunification resources. Ryan’s father has since moved his family near Redeemer House, and he is now employed as our farmer. He also had accepted Jesus Christ as his lord and savior and was baptized. The successful stories of reunification we have the opportunity to share, point back to the unconditional love of God. At Redeemer House, our relationship with Jesus is the greatest source of healing.
